Factory Working Procedures

At Chicchiffon Entiely Private Limited, our factory operations follow a structured and efficient workflow to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery. The process begins with price study and technical pack preparation, followed by quotation, planning, and sample development for customer approval. Once the purchase order (PO) is confirmed, we proceed with bulk production using high-quality fabrics and advanced machinery. Each stage — from cutting and stitching to finishing and quality inspection — is carefully monitored by our expert team. Our systematic procedures guarantee consistent standards, reliable lead times, and complete customer satisfaction in every production cycle.

Step 1 – Price Study & Technical Pack:

The process at Chicchiffon Entiely Private Limited begins with a detailed price study and technical pack preparation. This step involves analyzing the customer’s requirements, fabric type, design specifications, and garment details. We may receive a technical pack or sample garment directly from the customer or create one in-house based on design references. Our expert team evaluates all technical aspects, including material consumption, stitching details, trims, and accessories, to determine accurate costing. This careful analysis ensures that our quotation is transparent, competitive, and aligned with the customer’s expectations while maintaining our commitment to quality and efficiency.

In this stage, Chicchiffon Entiely Private Limited prepares a detailed quotation and production plan based on the completed price study and technical analysis. We provide transparent cost estimates, delivery schedules, and terms tailored to each customer’s requirements. Once the quotation is approved, we finalize indicative delivery timelines and resource allocation to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production. The planning process includes fabric sourcing, manpower scheduling, and quality checkpoints at every stage. Our goal is to maintain clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring every order is well-structured and aligned with customer expectations before moving to the sampling and production phase.

Step 3 – Sampling:

At Chicchiffon Entiely Private Limited, the sampling stage is a crucial step in ensuring product accuracy and customer satisfaction. Once the quotation and planning are approved, we produce first samples based on the technical pack or approved design. These samples allow customers to evaluate fit, fabric quality, stitching, and finishing details. After receiving feedback, we develop counter samples and pre-production samples (PPS) using bulk fabric for final approval. Every sample is carefully inspected to match specifications before bulk production begins. This stage ensures that the final garments reflect the exact quality, design, and standards expected by our clients.

At Chicchiffon Entiely Private Limited, the delivery lead time begins once the purchase order (PO) and deposit or letter of credit (LC) are received. Our production schedules are carefully planned to ensure on-time completion, considering factors such as fabric sourcing, sample approval, and order volume. Lead times vary based on material type—typically 90 days for local cotton fabrics and 120 days for imported or third-country fabrics. Throughout the process, we maintain close communication with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring all approvals are completed promptly. Our goal is to deliver every order with quality, consistency, and punctuality.

General Conditions, Acceptance & Price Mode Agreement

• All orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO) and the agreed advance payment or Letter of Credit (LC).
• For small volumes (LCL): 30% advance at order confirmation and 70% before shipment.
• For container volumes: payment through LC at sight.
• For long-term orders: payment through Standby LC arrangements.
• Once an order and PO are confirmed, it is non-cancellable and payable in full.
• Quoted prices remain valid for 30 days and may be revised based on material or currency fluctuations.
• Production and delivery schedules begin upon receipt of PO and advance; delays in approvals or materials may affect lead time.
• All transactions are governed by the laws of India under the jurisdiction of the courts in Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.

Production Capacity & Lead Time

• Monthly production capacity: approximately 15,000 garments (make-up).
• Standard delivery lead time: 90 days for garments produced using local cotton fabric.
• Delivery lead time: 120 days for garments produced using third-country fabric.
• Production schedules begin upon receipt of the Purchase Order (PO) and advance payment or LC.
• Sampling and approvals are completed prior to initiating bulk production.
• Lead time may vary depending on fabric availability, order volume, and customer requirements.
• Quality inspections are conducted at each stage to ensure compliance with approved standards.
• Our production team ensures timely delivery while maintaining consistency, precision, and quality.
